Video Recipe – Smoked salmon and avocado rose with Smoked Salmon Pearls
- Cold smoked salmon – sliced
- ½ ripe avocado – follow the video instructions to make the rose
- Baby capers
- Picked dill
- 30g Smoked Salmon Pearls
- Extra virgin olive oil
Follow the video instructions to arrange the salmon rose – set this aside while you get the other items ready
Place the cold smoked sliced salmon on the serving dish. Dress the salmon with EVOO and a sprinkle of salt
Scatter with the baby capers, and a small amount of the brine from the jar. Gently place the avocado rose in the middle of the dish, and top with the Smoked Salmon Pearls. Garnish with some picked dill.
This dish is best served with some crumpets, fresh sourdough or a bagel.
