Classic Caviar Service

Ingredients

  • Yarra Valley Caviar First Harvest 30g
  • 1 Pack Yarra valley Caviar Buckwheat Blini Mix – Follow the recipe on the pack
  • 3 eggs hard boiled (12 minutes) – whites and yolks separated once cooked
  • Fine shopped chives
  • Fine chopped red onion
  • Cream Fraiche

Instructions

Assembly

Finely chop the egg whites and egg yolks separately. Make the blini mix as per instructions on the packet. Cook these in batches and keep warm until required.

On the serving plate, place the individual garnishes around so they are separate. Add blini and a dollop of cream fraiche. Build each blini with desired topping.

** This is a great way to serve caviar and pearls to a beginner.
