Caviar ‘Fairy Bread’

Ingredients:
- 6 slices thick cut white bread
 - Sour Cream
 - 30g Polanco Oscietra Grand Reserve
 - 30g First harvest Salmon Pearls
 - 30g Smoked salmon Pearls
 - 30g Brook Trout Pearls
 - Chopped Chives
 
Method:
- Spread sour cream over each slice of white bread to help the caviar and pearls stick to the bread
 - Completely cover the slice of bread with a mixture of the caviar ( this is to resemble the 100’s and 1000’s from the kids version)
 - Garnish with fine chopped chives.
